Yes, we have integrated circuits that include the power FET and gate driver. We offer both low side with integrated driver inside (EPC21601 for instance) and half bridge with integrated driver (EPC2152). Two examples of optimized design minimizing the gate loop inductance are our EPC9146 demo board for a 400-Watt motor drive (I used 3 of them) and our EPC9151, which is a 300-watt converter.
