On the integrated half-bridge and high-side switches, are the Gate Drivers monolithically integrated in GaN, or is there exposed Si in these multi-chip products after all?
EPC GaN integrated circuit technology is all based on GaN. So, the answer is no, there is no silicon circuit. The approach is monolithic and all GaN-based.
