What is the difference between your parts with the “ENGRT” suffix and same part with the suffix removed?
The “ENGRT” suffix indicates the product remains in engineering status as it goes through the full qualification tests. These products have successfully gone through functionality testing and preliminary qual test. The “ENGRT” data sheets are marked as PRELIMINARY and some parameters subject to change before the full production release. Once the specs are set, the suffix is removed and the data sheet is released with the final specifications and performance graphs.
