EPC2302 Stray Inductance

Hello,

I am working on power loop inductance prediction using FEA tool (Ansys Q3d). However, I could not see any information regarding the stray inductance of EPC2302 in the datasheet. Do you have any specific data for the stray inductance and the ringing frequency?

Hello,
since GaN devices are lateral devices and have no wire-bonds nor clips, the stray inductance is very very small.
We usually use 0.05nH as an estimate for EPC2302.
