What is the maximum current rating of EPC23102? What is the gan devices inside EPC 23102? I need more data abt switches for a loss calculation. I need to operate my DAHB converter at 1MHz, 30W power for a data center application. Will this be a suitable choice? The delay in turn on affects my phase shift.

the current rating depends on the operating conditions and the cooling. If you aim for soft switching, then the conduction losses can be estimated and with top cooling you might be able to handle in excess of 20A. EPC23104 is a lower current version and you might also consider it.
The devices integrated in the single die IC are characterized and the main parameters are in the datasheet (RDSon, Coss). To setup a simulation, you can use the online LTSpice model.
Propagation delay is typ. 36 ns which is okay for most applications. Also, part to part matching is going to be much shorter.

Sir, My current waveform is trapezoidal through inductor. So peak can be 30A. So I want to know the peak capacity of the switches inside that. Thats why I am asking what switches are embedded inside this IC so I can refer to its datasheet. I need a rise time and fall time of 4 ns max and deadtime of 8ns .
Hello, the switches in the device are not discrete FETs. There is no direct equivalent, but they are somewhat similar to EPC2045. They can certainly switch in less than 4ns, please refer to online documentation and evalboard notes.
