We’re trying to use EPC9052 EVB with the following properties:
-Configuration: Single ended Class E. (0 ohm resistor is soldered to C74 pad.)
-Operating frequency: 1 MHz
-Input: PWM signal (2.8Vpp and 1.4V DC offset, duty cycle %50)
-Class E resonator: Inductor+ 2 Capacitors (please see the figure. 2 caps are soldered to the inductor leg)
First, 7V is applied as logic supply voltage. Second, PWM is applied as input. Finally, main supply voltage starts to increase to operating voltage value, from 0V to 10V. During this LM5113 is destructed. Could you please share possible reasons related to this problem?
