Minimum operating frequency of EPC23101

Hello,
I want to use the EPC23101 below 5kHz.
Unfortunately, the EPC23102 I purchased does not operate below 5 kHz.
However, the datasheet for the EPC23101 does not list a minimum frequency.
What is the minimum operating frequency of the EPC23101?

you are correct, EPC23101 minimum operation frequency is about 5kHz.
