Hi. Are there any assemblers that EPC recommends?
Yes, there are example assemblers that EPC and others have successfully used.
A first step to a successful assembly is a PCB which is designed to optimize the assembly process. Such as solder-mask-defined pads, and other features are covered in this app note: https://epc-co.com/epc/Portals/0/epc/documents/product-training/Appnote_GaNassembly.pdf
Also, insure the board is built to the design specifications. If the board manufacturer won’t sign up to spacings, for example, the weight of the copper may need to be reduced.
Finally, the assembly. The above application note is also good for board assemblers.
