Hello. We purchased the evaluation board EPC9174 – 40 – 60 VIN, 10 – 15 V, 100 A Output 1.2 kW 1/8th Brick Reference Design Board at the Nagoya Institute of Technology last week for GAN switching conducted noise research. However, there has been an accidental blow up of the EPC2071 transistor due to a ground wire accidentally touching the high-side (drain) side during the probe placement.
Can the EPC2071 2.2mE 64 A be replaced? The blown part is labeled Q2_PP1 on the schematic diagram. The metal pads still look visible even though the FET was completely blown and broken into two.
