Simetrix cannot run EPC2066_V0_PSPICE model

Hi Expert,

I cannot run EPC2066 model with Simetrix. It showed the error below:

Errors found during the run. Simulation aborted

*** ERROR *** Error in parameter expression ‘Q2.aWg’ (Line ref: EPC2066_V0_PSPICE.net,7)
Illegal forward reference to parameter ‘Q2.aWg’

Could you help to check the model?

Hello,
the model on the website was not compatible with Simplis/Simetrix. We have modified and uploaded the new version (EPC Device Models (epc-co.com). Please give it a try and let us know if it works…
