Hello,
for an experimental setup (nothing commercial), I need to pair MOSFETs with nearly identical parameters. In order to measure some characteristics without soldering the MOSFET, I would like to use a test socket. However, I haven’t succeeded yet to find anything of suitable dimensions (package about 0.95 x 0.95 mm, 4 Pins, pitch 0.45 mm).
Does anyone know of a commercially available test socket or of another solution? Many thanks advance!
