I need to compare PSIM simulation results between MOSFET and GaN FETs in the same application. How can I get the transconductance value (gFS) at VDS=10V, ID=100A conditions which is not mentioned on your datasheet?
You can obtain the transconductance (gFS) as the slope of the Transfer Characteristics, which is plotted for VDS = 6V. It’s not going to be much different at VDS=10V. GFS also is changing significantly with temperature. You can use our Spice model from the specific product on www.epc-co.com product page and obtain the gFS by a simulation based on this, at given VDS and VGS.
