UP1966E Simulation Model

Good morning,

I am using the UP1966E for the development of my GaN based DC/DC. However it does not include any simulation file that I could use for this purpose (pref. LTspice). As you are official distributors and use it in most of your boards, would you have this file?.

Hello Jose,
unfortunately, we do not have a model for this device. It has been requested already and I will post it if I get an updated…but it will take some time.
