Can you mount the GaN FETs on both sides of the PCB?
If you put FETs on both sides, first you will have an inductance problem. You need to consider how you are going to remove the heat. The EPC GaN chipscale packages are very efficient in removing heat from the top. If you put FETs on both sides, you will also need to remove the heat from both sides.
